Executive Chef Sabre Kennedy Brings Culinary Artistry to Popular Coastal Dining Destination

Kennedy fine-tuned his craft at Seattle Central Culinary Academy where he graduated with honors, but credits his parents for his core cooking experience.

“Both my parents are amazing cooks.” Said Kennedy. “My Mother owned a small restaurant and a couple bakeries so I literally grew up in the kitchen. And I learned the island style way of cooking from my Father and his Hawaiian and Chinese family recipes and generations of unique cooking methods.”
